We want you to love your Terra clay kit. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@itsterra.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
• Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return (or confirm a defect/damage), we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

If the item is defective or we made an error, we'll cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
• Gift cards
