Shipping Policy

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase (business days). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $70. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number via Australia Post or the relevant carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Terra is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address. Re-delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us.
